Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
1. Standard Shipping – €12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Tracking included
- Available worldwide (excluding some remote areas and Asia)
2. Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over €50
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Tracking included
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance in your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations in the field, our return policy offers a simple and effective solution.
Return Conditions
- Timeframe: You have 15 days from the receipt of your package to initiate a return or exchange.
- Product condition: Items must be returned in their original condition – unused, with all tags and original packaging.
- Proof of purchase: Please include your invoice or order number.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used callers (Duck callers, Crow callers, etc.)
- Opened ammunition accessories
- Used duck decoys
- Customized or made-to-order items
Return Process
Step 1: Submit a Request
Send your return request by email to [email protected] using the following format:

Would you like a refund or exchange? [Specify if exchange]
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will send you within 48 hours:
- A return authorization with RMA number
- Shipping instructions
- The return address in France
Step 3: Ship the Package
Please pack items carefully and include:
- The invoice or copy of order confirmation
- The RMA number clearly visible on the package
Important: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or defective product.
Step 4: Processing by Our Team
Upon receipt and inspection of the package (within 3-5 business days), we will notify you by email:
- For refunds: confirmation of processing
- For exchanges: shipment of the new item
Refunds
- Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after return approval.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
- Amount: Only the price of the items will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- For an exchange: Clearly indicate in your request the item you want as replacement
- If the new item has a higher price, you will be charged the difference
- If the price is lower, we will refund the difference
- Shipping costs for the new item are covered by us
Defective Items or Our Error
In case of defective items or shipping error:
- We will cover return shipping costs
- A replacement package will be shipped as soon as we receive the return
- Or a full refund will be issued according to your preference

Before using new equipment in the field, test its proper functioning in a controlled environment to take advantage of our return policy if needed.
